Ready to improve?
Let's get to work.
Organizational alignment, a culture that empowers your people, and processes that bring it all together. These things only happen when leaders commit to making them happen. And when you have them, with the right people in a culture of trust and accountability, you're unstoppable.
Guiding Principles.
Focused Strategy, organizational alignment
Long-term success is built on clear strategy, organizational alignment, a culture of accountability, and people who are motivated to make it happen. But strategy without execution is just wishful thinking. And execution without strategy is just wasted effort.

Organizational effectiveness requires something from leaders: leadership. Focus on your people. Define the mission. Give them the tools they need to be successful, empower them to make good decisions, create the conditions for flow, and get out of their way.

How We Work Together.
Your context. My expertise.
Context is everything, and there's no one-size-fits-all framework to help your organization improve. However, there are principles found in Lean that most systems adhere to, and applying those principles can help your organization start improving right away.
Organize teams around the delivery of value
Multi-tasking is inefficient
A fully utilized system is an inefficient system
Make value flow without interruption
Reduce waste and pursue perfection
An engagement with me is personal, and it's tailored to your specific needs. There's always more than one way to approach it depending on how much effort you're ready to commit, your team's readiness for change, and your overall budget. But regardless of whether we're doing a tune-up or a transformation, our focus will be on learning what works and generating sustainable improvement.
Training and Coaching
Help where you need it
Sometimes you just need a little help, and I can provide it. Whether it's tailored training in Lean-Agile, Kanban, SAFe, or Scrum, I can help your business align to new ways of thinking and new ways of working. And if you need some help with implementation and ongoing coaching, I can provide that, too.
Strategy Workshops
Get clear on your direction
Business agility requires something from leaders: leadership. And a big part of that is providing clear direction for your people. Whether you already have a winning strategy and you just need to make it transparent to your team, or if you feel like you're on the wrong path and need to get back on track, I can help.
Value Stream Mapping
Organize around value delivery
Understand how value flows through your organization to your customers, align people to those value streams, and then optimize the flow of value for better business results. This is foundational work for improvement and business agility.
Agile Transformation
Embrace modern ways of working
Being agile is more than a set of practices and processes. It's an organizational value system and mindset, and it requires something from everyone. But if your business is falling behind, if you're struggling to adapt to change, if you feel like veryone is busy but nothing is getting done, then it might be time to talk about business agility. I've been down this path before and I can help you on the journey.
All that's left is to go make it happen. We'll work together to make sure we're delivering value as quickly as possible and learning and adjusting as we go. And in order to ensure the longevity of the change initiatives we're implementing I'll work to enable internal folks on your team to take things forward.
About.
Your people operate in the system you've created. If you aren't getting the business results you want, the first thing to focus on is your system. And if you give your people clear priorities, a culture of trust and accountability, empowerment to make decisions, and processes that enable the flow of value, you can unleash your team's potential. And most importantly, you can deliver results for your business and for your customers, and I can help you in this journey.
That's why I started Redfish Creek Consulting. I help product development organizations identify the things that aren't working and I help them fix it. A lot of process management consulting can feel prescriptive. I am an expert in multiple methodologies, including Lean, Kanban, Theory of Constraints, SAFe, Scrum, and more traditional predictive methodologies. Because of this breadth of knowledge and experience I can meet you where you're at. I am able to assess your situation, identify the issues, provide multiple options, and coach you on your journey to improvement.
I spent over a decade as Head of Strategic Program Management at Cornerstone OnDemand, a leading enterprise SaaS platform for learning and talent management. During my time there I scaled agile product development operations from a team of 60 to a team of 1,500, globally. I learned a lot about what works and what doesn't work and I would love to share this experience with you and your organization. I hold a MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from George Fox University, and I maintain PMP, PMI-ACP, ACE, SPC 6.0, LPM, and OMEC certifications.
